For my Sellers, I focus on presenting your house in the best light at all times without making you crazy in the process.  I have been known to climb in dumpsters, hold yard sales, organize cleaners, donations, even entire moves, and any other logistic help you need!

I specialize in unique properties and land sales, the value of the property isn't my focus, the value of our relationship is.  I have extensive experience selling land, recently handling a multi-year, 39-unit, conservation land sale from start to finish!  20+ years of experience, with much of it running a boutique firm, has left me uniquely prepared to help you reach your real estate goals.  Whether you have an estate, horse farm, or traditional home, I have experience in all types of sales.  If you are buying a property I have successfully competed in all markets including the overzealous market we are currently experiencing in 2021.
